Uses of Alastin AM Tablet
Alastin AM Tablet is used in the treatment of cough.
How to use Alastin AM Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Alastin AM Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Alastin AM Tablet works
Alastin AM Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ambroxol and loratadine that relieve cold symptoms. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Loratidine is an antiallergic that treats runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
